氧化皮对27SiMn热轧无缝管热处理后力学性能的影响分析

Analysis of influence of oxide on the mechanical properties of 27SiMn hot-rolled seamless tube after the heat treatment

  • 摘要: 27SiMn热轧无缝管为矿用液压支架油缸常用原材料,一般不在热轧状态直接使用,大多需经过热处理后使用。钢坯热轧时和高温空气中的氧气、水等易发生氧化反应,在管材表面形成一层氧化皮。本文通过分析两种厚壁类27SiMn热轧无缝管材试样热处理后的力学性能,得出其中对氧化皮的影响结果,验证了氧化皮对其力学性能的影响程度,此试验结果为煤机行业中矿用液压支架油缸材料的应用研究提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: 27SiMn hot-rolled seamless pipe is the common raw material of hydraulic support cylinder for mining, Generally, it is not used directly in the hot rolling state and needs to be used after heat treatment. When the steel was hot rolled, it easily oxidized with oxygen and water in the high temperature air, forming a layer of oxide skin on the surface of the pipe. In this paper, the mechanical properties of two kinds of thick-walled 27SiMn hot-rolled seamless pipe samples after heat treatment are analyzed, and the results of the influence of oxide skin are obtained. The influence degree of the oxide on its mechanical properties is verified. The test results provide a reference for the application research of hydraulic support cylinder materials in coal machine industry.
