大型集装箱船挡风墙设计和强度分析

Design and strength analysis of windshield wall of large container ship

  • 摘要: 船舶行业的绿色化转型对船体结构的减阻设计提出了全新挑战。本文以某13000TEU集装箱船加装挡风墙结构为研究对象,首先通过调研分析,确定了迎风载荷的分布形式,并完成了初步的结构强度计算。随后,综合应力响应结果,对挡风墙结构提出优化方案,并根据应力响应结果完成循环设计,从而实现轻量化设计,满足碳排放要求,并为该类型船舶结构改装提供技术参考。结果表明:对挡风墙的结构校核应重点关注舷墙与船首交界处,且优化方式可以优先考虑减少立柱数量、更换高强钢、降低板厚等手段。

     

    Abstract: The green transformation of the shipping industry has posed new challenges to the resistance reduction design of ship hull structures. This paper takes the wind shield installed on a 13,000 TEU container ship as the research object. The distribution of wind loads is determined through investigation and analysis. The preliminary structural strength calculations are completed first. Subsequently, an optimization scheme for the wind shield is proposed based on the stress responses. Thereby achieving lightweight design, meeting carbon emission requirements, and providing technical references for the structural modification of this vessel type. The results indicate that the structural verification of the wind shield should focus on the junction between the bulwark and the bow. In such optimization, priority can be given to reducing the number of columns, utilizing high-strength steel and minimizing plate thickness.
