多软件协同计算样条曲线弧长与非圆齿轮齿廓设计方法

Method for Calculating Spline Curve Arc Length and Designing Non-Circular Gear Profile based on Multi-Software Collaboration

  • 摘要: 针对非圆齿轮节曲线计算复杂及专用设计软件缺失的问题,该文提出一种基于通用CAD/CAE软件协同的参数化设计方法。该方法首先建立极坐标样条曲线模型,借助 CAD 软件的几何查询功能获取高精度分段弧长,再结合 Matlab 完成节曲线斜率的数值计算。在此基础上,利用Creo软件的扫描特征实现非圆齿轮齿廓的三维范成建模。实例验证表明,该方法避免了复杂的编程求解过程,相比传统离散点描点法,显著提高了非圆齿轮齿廓的连续性与设计精度,为非圆齿轮的低成本设计提供了有效途径。

     

    Abstract: To address the complex calculation of pitch curves for non-circular gears and the lack of dedicated design software, this paper proposes a parametric design method based on the collaboration of general CAD/CAE software. Firstly, a spline curve model is established in polar coordinates. The geometric query function of CAD software is used to obtain high-precision segmented arc lengths, and Matlab is adopted for the numerical calculation of pitch curve slopes. On this basis, the sweep feature of Creo is applied to realize the 3D generating modeling of non-circular gear tooth profiles. Example verification shows that this method avoids complicated programming and solving processes. Compared with the traditional discrete point plotting method, it greatly improves the continuity and design accuracy of non-circular gear tooth profiles, and provides an effective solution for the low-cost design of non-circular gears.
