Structural Design of Indoor Ice-Melting Valve Stack based on MMC Topology

  • 摘要: 该文对MMC融冰阀堆在实际运输过程中的强度进行了研究,采用有限元软件模拟运输工况并对阀堆结构进行了随机振动仿真分析。根据仿真结果对阀堆结构进行了优化设计,并再次通过随机振动仿真,验证了优化后结构的强度满足运输振动与冲击工况下的强度要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper investigates the structural strength of the MMC ice-melting valve stack during actual transportation. Finite element software is adopted to simulate transportation conditions and carry out random vibration simulation analysis on the valve stack structure. Based on the simulation results, the valve stack structure is optimized. The subsequent random vibration analysis verifies the strength of the optimized structure and proves that it satisfies the strength requirements under transportation vibration and shock conditions.
