Analysis and application of processing technology with multi-angle spatial features

  • 摘要: 针对多角度空间特征的加工难题,提出了一种基于镗铣加工中心和万能附件的解决方案。通过R参数编程和万能附件的灵活调整,实现了复杂空间特征的高精度加工。文章详细分析了多角度空间特征的几何特征、加工工艺设计、R参数编程方法以及万能附件的应用,并通过实际加工案例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明,该方法能够显著提高空间特征的加工精度和效率,为类似复杂零件的加工提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a solution based on boring and milling machining center and universal accessories is proposed to solve the machining problem of multi-angle space features. Through R parameter programming and flexible adjustment of universal accessories, high precision machining of complex space features is realized. In this paper, the geometric features of multi-angle space features, machining process design, R parameter programming method and application of universal accessories are analyzed in detail, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by practical machining cases. The results show that this method can significantly improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of spatial features, and provide a reference for the machining of similar complex parts.
