Abstract:
This article uses Abaqus simulation and batch testing methods to conduct research and analysis on the sag of the server chassis base. Taking a 2U universal rack server as an example, simulation and actual measurement are compared to demonstrate sufficient simulation accuracy, and the analysis and control process from full load sag to empty load sag is rehearsed. This study proposes a new theory of empty load sag control, which calculates the difference between empty and full load through simulation. Based on the suggested value of full load, the empty load suggested value is deduced, which effectively improves the sag control at the factory end, and has important guiding significance for the sag design and production of server chassis.
