T、L型槽柱面气膜密封CFD数值模拟

CFD Numerical Simulation of T, L Slot Cylinder Gas Film Seal

  • 摘要: 该文通过阐述柱面气膜密封性能特点,提出两种新型槽型结构T、L型槽柱面气膜密封结构。首先,用Proe建立了T、L型槽气膜模型,并用专业网格划分软件Hypermesh进行了网格划分;然后,在相同操作压力下用Fluent软件对比分析了两种槽型结构密封性能,通过对模拟结果的处理,得出T型槽结构具有最好的动压效应;最后,研究了不同的操作参数对上述两种槽型密封方式的影响,结果表明,不同操作参数对T型槽柱面气膜密封有较强的影响。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, characteristics of the cylinder gas film seal are expounded, and two new structures of T- and L-shaped grooves slot cylinder gas film seal are put forward. The gas film models of T- and L-shaped grooves are established by Proe, and meshed with professional software Hypermesh. The two kinds of sealing structure performance are analyzed by the Fluent software under the same operating pressure. The simulation results are processed and the sealing performance of T-type and L-type cylindrical gas film is compared; the results show that T slot model structure has the best dynamic pressure effect. Meanwhile, the effects of different operating parameters on the sealing performance of the two groove seal modes are investigated; the results show that different operating parameters have strong influence on T slot model cylindrical gas film seal.
