船舶平直薄板分段翻身装置设计

Design of Section Turning Device for Ship Flat Sheet

  • 摘要: 通过对比常用船体平直分段翻身工艺的优缺点,分析了平直薄板分段翻身变形的原因,研究了更适合于平直薄板分段的翻身工艺,设计出通用性更强的翻身装置,在生产流水线上进行了实操试用,并在邮轮船体平直薄板分段翻身作业上应用。通过翻身的设计与实践应用,验证了此装置的有效性。此装置可有效解决分段翻身作业产生的分段变形问题,在后续提高施工质量、提升施工效率、降低施工成本、缩短制造周期方面具有较强的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the common hull straightening process, this paper analyzes the causes of the deformation of the straightening process, studies the process that is more suitable for the straightening process, and designs a more universal turning device, which is used in the production line and applied in the operation of the cruise ship hull straightening process. Through the design and practical application of turning over, the effectiveness of the device is verified, and the problem of subsection deformation caused by the turning over operation is effectively solved. It has strong practical value for subsequent production in improving the construction quality, promoting the construction efficiency, reducing the construction cost and shortening the manufacturing cycle.
