Research on Machining Technology of a Certain Support Plate Assembly

  • 摘要: 某支板组合件属于装配式结构,型面为复杂曲面,其安装边位置需机械加工成型,因此存在多个严格的尺寸、技术条件要求。该文以此组合件为对象展开装配式组合件加工技术研究,通过增加3D打印毛坯热校形、设计拟形夹具来控制变形;通过预留工艺台阶提供准确的定位基准;通过优化铣削刀路轨迹和加工参数提高高温合金材料切削效率,这些工艺手段可对该组合件的全工艺过程进行改进,为复杂结构件的机械加工提供参考价值。

     

    Abstract: A certain support plate assembly belongs to the prefabricated structure, the profile is a complex curved surface, the installation edge position is machined and formed, thus there are many strict size and technical requirements. In this paper, taking the assembly as the object, the processing technology of the assembled assembly is studied. The whole process of assembly is improved by adding heat calibration to the 3D printed blank to control the deformation, reserving the process step to provide the accurate positioning reference, designing the fitting fixture to control the deformation, optimizing the milling path trajectory, processing parameters and improving the cutting efficiency of the superalloy material. It provides reference value for the machining of complex structural parts.
