基于外圆车削刀片切削性能的研究

Research on Cutting Performance based on External Turning Insert

  • 摘要: 对于同一材质的粗加工,使用不同品牌、型号的刀片会出现因刀片型号繁多而导致的管理混乱问题。为使刀片选型与工件材质相匹配,减少刀片损耗,减少刀片的采购费用,需对外圆车削刀片的切削性能进行研究,通过对实验数据的分析得出,所得实施数据对提高刀片选型精细程度及提升工艺标准化水平具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: For rough machining of the same material, different blade brands and models are used, resulting in a wide variety of blade models, which is very difficult to manage. In order to match the selection of blades with the material of the workpiece, reduce blade loss, and thus reduce the procurement cost of blades, the cutting performance of circular turning blades is researched, and the experimental data is analyzed. Finally, the conclusion of improving the precision of blade selection is drawn, and the method of improving the process standardization level is then verified.
