某型飞机地面滑行右偏故障分析

Fault Analysis on Right Avertence of the Acircraft Taxiing on the Ground

  • 摘要: 针对某飞机地面直线滑行右偏故障现象,建立了滑行右偏故障树进行故障分析与定位,并通过试验确定故障原因,再根据故障原因分析提出修理维护的改进措施。分析表明,电缆插头压接导线断脱虚接是造成左防滑刹车故障的原因,此故障会造成左机轮刹车失效,从而导致飞机地面滑行右偏故障。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of right avertence when the acircraft taxiing on the ground, the fault tree of the taxiing right avertence has been established to analyze and locate the fault, and the causes are determined by experiments. The analysis shows that the left anti-skid brake failure and the left wheel brake failure occur due to the cable plug crimping wire breaking off and virtual connection, resulting in right avertence fault when the acircraft taxiing on the ground. Finally, suggestions and improvement measures in maintenance are put forward according to the fault cause analysis.
