基于技术进化理论的浮选机成熟度预测

Prediction of Flotation Machine Maturity Based on Technology Evolution Theory

  • 摘要: 浮选工艺及设备随着选矿技术的不断进步得到了快速发展。为了对设备进行持续优化创新,文章以技术进化理论为指导,对浮选机的进化方向进行预测。通过运用专利中具有代表性的指标,综合判断出浮选机在生命周期所处的位置,并结合与之相适应的进化法则,预测浮选机的进化方向,构建出高理想度的创新方案。结果表明,技术进化理论可有效预测产品未来的发展方向,为产品的创新提供了一种新的探索途径。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous progress of beneficiation technology, the flotation processes and equipment have also developed rapidly. In order to continuously optimize and innovate equipment, guided by the theory of technological evolution, the evolution direction of flotation machines is predicted. Using representative indicators in patents, the position of the flotation machine in its life cycle is comprehensively determined; and combining with the corresponding evolutionary laws, the evolutionary direction of the flotation machine is predicted, thus to construct a highly ideal innovative solution. The results indicate that the theory of technological evolution can effectively predict the future development direction of products, providing a new exploration approach for product innovation.
