Overview of Failure Modes and Analysis Methods for Vehicle Hydrogen Systems

  • 摘要: 随着氢燃料电池汽车的高速发展,安全、高效、经济的车载储氢技术已成为制约电池汽车发展的重要因素。然而,氢热机构复杂的工作环境对探究车载氢系统的失效模式和机理提出了挑战。文章基于车载氢系统失效模式和机理探究当前各类分析方法的研究现状,重点介绍了失效对象以及失效模式的主要表现形式,阐述了目前包括静强度分析、模态分析、随机振动分析在内的主要分析方法,以期为进一步提升车载氢系统的设计和性能提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: With the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, secure, efficient, and economical on-board hydrogen storage technology has become foundational. However, the complex working environment of hydrogen systems poses challenges in exploring failure modes and mechanisms within vehicular hydrogen systems. Based on the current research status of methodologies for investigating failure modes and mechanisms in on-board hydrogen systems, this paper focuses on introducing the objects of failure and the primary manifestations of failure modes. It elucidates the prevailing analysis methods, including static strength analysis, modal analysis, random vibration, etc. This serves as a reference for further enhancing the design and performance of on-board hydrogen systems.
