矿井带式输送机电动滚筒负载特性分析与动力学仿真

Load Characteristics Analysis and Dynamic Simulation on the Electric Drum of Mine Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 文章从运动学和力学角度研究了带式输送机的传动原理,提出了一套以行星轮系作为传动装置的电动滚筒优化方案。采用有限元分析软件对电动滚筒的强度和刚度进行分析的同时,借助ADAMS软件构建电动滚筒传动系统的仿真模型,再通过工程实践验证了行星轮系作为传动装置的优化方案对电动滚筒动力学性能的显著改善,形成了一套完整的计算、设计与分析方法,为行星轮系电动滚筒的应用与研究提供了相关参考和依据。

     

    Abstract: The transmission principle of belt conveyor is studied from the perspectives of kinematics and mechanics, and a set of optimized electric drum schemes using the planetary gear trains as transmission devices is proposed. The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength and stiffness of the electric drum; at the same time, a simulation model of the electric drum transmission system is constructed by using ADAMS software. The significant improvement of dynamic performance of the electric drum by the planetary gear train as a transmission device is verified through engineering practice; and a complete set of calculation, design, and analysis methods is formed. It provides relevant reference and basis for the application and research of the planetary gear train electric drum.
