Optimization of Intelligent Quantitative Rapid Loading System in Coal Preparation Plant

  • 摘要: 文章基于主从变频控制技术提出了选煤厂智能定量快速装车优化系统设计方案。重点阐述了以EPEC 2024控制器为核心的智能定量快速装车系统的硬件组成、软件设计重点。主站控制器周期性地以TCP/IP通讯获取给煤机、带式输送机、储煤仓的信息并完成对装车系统所有装置的智能控制,同时将装车系统所有信息传送至人机监控平台进行实时显示,最后完成实际应用分析。应用分析结果表明,优化后的装车系统满足设计要求,并提升了装车系统的控制精度、稳定性和智能化水平,有助于提升选煤厂装车系统的安全系数和装车效率。

     

    Abstract: An intelligent quantitative rapid loading optimization system based on master-slave variable frequency control is proposed in this paper. The hardware and software design scheme of the intelligent quantitative rapid loading system with EPEC 2024 controller as the core is emphasized. The master station controller periodically uses TCP/IP communication to obtain the information of coal feeder, belt conveyor and coal storage bin, and completes the intelligent control of all devices of the loading system. At the same time, all the information of loading system is transmitted to the man-machine monitoring platform for real-time display. Finally, the practical application analysis is completed. The application analysis results show that the optimized loading system can meet the design requirements, improve the control accuracy, stability and intelligence level of the loading system, and help to improve the safety factor and loading efficiency of the loading system in coal preparation plant.
