Design on Fully Automatic Fish Primary Processing Integrated Machine based on Arduino

  • Aiming at the problems of high labor dependence, poor process continuity and inconsistent hygiene standards commonly existing in small and medium-sized aquatic product processing entities in China, this paper designs a fully automatic fish primary processing integrated machine integrating scaling, conveying, viscera cleaning, washing, flower cutting, seasoning spraying, weighing and counting. The equipment adopts a horizontal continuous assembly line layout. Based on tribology principle, a serrated anti-skid crawler and bilateral adaptive adjustment mechanism are designed to solve the problem of conveying slipping caused by mucus on fish body surface. Based on contact mechanics theory, an elastic suspension flexible scaling mechanism is developed to balance scaling effect and fish body integrity. Combined with multi-process sequential cooperative control technology, the whole process automatic operation is completed. The equipment has the advantages of compact structure, simple operation and low maintenance cost. It is suitable for small and medium-sized aquatic product processing plants, fresh food processing points in farmers' markets and central kitchens, and provides technical support and new ideas for the mechanization and automation upgrading of aquatic product primary processing.
