Measurement Error and Fault Analysis of Radar Level Gauge

In order to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of radar level gauges, a systematic analysis was conducted on the main causes of radar level gauge failure, and various optimization suggestions were proposed accordingly. According to practical applications, it has been shown that selecting a radar level gauge based on the characteristics of the medium inside the storage tank, optimizing the radar antenna, optimizing the installation position of the level gauge, regularly maintaining the level gauge, and establishing an automated data acquisition and warning system can significantly improve the measurement accuracy and working stability of the radar level gauge.
