Optimization Design and Application of Intelligent Loading System for Coal Mine Railway

  • In the view of the problems of low efficiency, poor metering accuracy and excessive manual intervention in the original coal mine railway loading system, this paper designs an intelligent coal mine railway loading system integrating intelligent perception, precise control and dynamic scheduling. The system realizes real-time monitoring of coal quantity and vehicle status through multi-sensor fusion perception technology, optimizes the loading process by adopting predictive control and adaptive algorithms, and shortens the vehicle positioning and loading cycle in combination with the intelligent scheduling system, ultimately achieving rapid, accurate and coordinated improvement of the loading process. Field application shows that the loading time of a single carriage of the system is ≤ 45 seconds, the metering error is controlled within ±0.5%, and the average trouble-free operation time is ≥ 1000 hours. This system significantly improves the transportation efficiency and economic benefits of coal mine railways, and provides a feasible solution for the intellectualization of bulk material loading in coal mines.
