Breakdown Voltage FEM Analysis of Gas-Liquid Multi-Phase Parameter Measurement Instrument based on ANSYS Workbench

  • In the production process of many production fields such as petroleum and chemical industries, the online real-time measurement of various parameters by the gas-liquid two-phase parameter measurement instrument is an important guarantee for the stable and reliable production, among which the breakdown voltage property is a very important safety indicator for the instrument. The three-dimensional model of the capacitance module and microwave module of the gas-liquid two-phase parameter meter is established by SolidWorks software; and the property simulation analysis of the modules is carried out with ANSYS Workbench software. The analysis results show that the stress of the modules does not exceed its own material properties under 16 MPa working pressure, which meets the design requirements. Through the simulation analysis, it provides the technical foundation for the practical processing and testing of the gas-liquid multi-phase parameter measurement instrument.
