Development of BOP Fast Transfer Device

  • In order to improve the labor intensity of workers and improve the transportation efficiency of BOP, a rapid transportation device for BOP is developed in this paper. The equipment is installed on the supporting structure at the bottom layer of the drilling rig substructure, and is suspended in the air, with single hydraulic cylinder lifting and single hydraulic cylinder driving rotation. The inclined support and column adopt triangle foldable structure, which is convenient for overall installation, disassembly and modular transportation. The 3D software and finite element analysis software are used to check, calculate and analyze the key components of the equipment, and the results meet the strength requirements. The field test results show that the equipment meets the requirements of the overall layout of the drilling rig, all actions are normal, the load test results meet the design requirements, and the BOP can be transported, which has a good market application prospect.
