A Hydraulic Tension Machine with Wire Crimping Function

Aiming at the crimping needs of tension field conductor joints at the construction site of transmission line engineering, a design scheme for the hydraulic tension machine with wire crimping function is proposed in this paper. Based on the ready-made power and hydraulic system of the hydraulic tension machine, the on-site wire crimping work is realized by adding a pressurization system. The technical principle and implementation mode of the wire crimping function are mainly expounded, and the technical performance of the hydraulic tension machine for wire crimping is verified through engineering applications. The equipment solves problem of the large number of operation equipment in the tension field, which is of great significance for improving the crimping efficiency, ensuring the crimping quality and reducing the on-site safety risks.
