Research and Development of the Mechanism that Enables Traction Rope Automatically Slide into the Sheave Groove

  • In this paper, the wire laying pulley for transmission line stringing construction is studied. Through development of the traditional mechanism, the lifting plate on one side of the traditional paying off pulley is designed and modified, so that the traction rope carried by the lift off UAV can directly go from the outside of the pulley frame, through the transformation side of the lifting plate of the pulley, and directly enter the inside of the pulley frame, automatically and accurately slide the traction rope into the corresponding groove of the paying off pulley, so as to realize the unmanned construction of the wire display and release. After the practical application, the functional integrity of the mechanism is verified, which has the value of improving construction efficiency, reducing labor costs and reducing safety risks.
