Study on Structural Characteristics of CFRP screw pump Rotor

  • Based on the rapid development of additive manufacturing and composite materials, this paper takes CFRP rotor as the research object, and uses finite element simulation analysis software to carry out modal analysis and statics analysis of its structure. The distribution law of CFRP rotor modal deformation, statics stress deformation and the maximum stress of the rotor are investigated. The simulation results show that the maximum modal deformation occurs in the fourth The fifth order, maximum deformation and stress, as well as the overall maximum deformation and maximum deformation of the tooth surface occur at the rotor shaft and the inlet of the tooth surface. The simulation data provides reference for the assembly and theoretical research of the rotor.
