According to the sealing requirements of fuel actuator used in the aero-engine, this paper analyzes and compares the structural design of sealing groove and selection of the sealing material, and summarizes the selection scheme of sealing groove and sealing material for the fuel actuator. Through the application and verification in a certain type of fuel actuator, the feasibility of the fuel sealing scheme is proved.
