Design and Analysis of Removable Cleaning Bucket

A detachable cleaning bucket is designed to solve the problems such as unclean mop cleaning, difficult discharge of sewage and dirty residue remaining on the bottom of the cleaning bucket, etc. According to the cleaning characteristics of the flat mop, the overall design scheme of the detachable cleaning bucket is proposed, and the main structure of the bucket is designed and studied. Finally, the reliability of the key components is verified by finite element analysis. The analysis results show that the cleaning bucket can effectively isolate water and sewage, and can realize a large area of flat mop cleaning, solve the difficult discharge problem of sewage and dirty residue remaining on the bottom of the cleaning bucke. It is water saving and environmental protection, efficient and clean, convenient to be stored, and very practical.
