Design Optimization of Automatic Vertical Hoisting System

  • The vertical hoisting system in the building plant plays an important role in the normal operation of the project. However, for the selection and layout of system structure, project technicians usually choose based on experience, which is difficult to take into account various factors in the lifting system, such as lifting capacity, hoisting capacity, building height, cost, attachment position, mechanical collision, etc., resulting in insufficient lifting capacity, covering blind area, difficult selection of attachment position, etc. In this paper, through analysis of the equipment hoisting requirements of a main plant, a set of 13t automatic vertical hoisting system is designed. The static simulation of the whole mechanism is carried out by using the finite element analysis software, which ensures the strength and stability of the structure and provides theoretical support for the design and optimization of the automatic vertical hoisting system.
