An Automatic Auxiliary Device Design to Improve the Installation Accuracy of Anchor Bolts

  • Aiming at the problems of low positioning accuracy, long positioning time and low stability of anchor bolts in substations, a truss device design scheme with automatic control function is proposed. By cooperating with the steel formwork, the orientation accuracy and positioning efficiency of the X, Y and Z axes of anchor bolts can be improved, and the level of operation automation and operation efficiency can be improved. The structure and control principle of the auxiliary device is mainly expounded in this paper, and the construction process of anchor bolt installation by using the device is briefly introduced. Through the analysis of device design scheme, design idea and construction technology, it has practical reference significance in the design of anchor bolt installation device.
