Development and Design of Vehicle Mounted Punching Pile Driver

  • The foundation work of ultra-high voltage tower is mostly located in mountainous area and wild field, with many points and wide areas, where the large equipment is difficult to construct due to the site restrictions, with high equipment transfer costs and low efficiency of manual digging operations. Aiming at the above problems, a development scheme of mobile vehicle mounted pile driver is proposed. Through the in-depth analysis of large power tower foundation piling operations, and from the aspects of mobility, manpower saving, grounding, easy operation, etc, the “CD2000 truck mounted pile driver” is developed, and its applicability and popularization have been verified through field application.
