Design of Adjustable Speed Stirring Table for Laboratory

  • Aiming at the existing problems of mixing equipment in laboratory, a stirring table with speed regulation function is designed. The design scheme and working principle of stirring table are introduced. The frequency converter and motor are combined to form a frequency control system. Selection and design of the key components such as reducer, drive shaft and adjustable heating base are explained. Then the UG NX is used to carry on the three-dimensional design and motion simulation of the workbench, and the rationality of the motion structure design is also verified. The equipment is simple and compact in structure, low in cost and easy to operate, which is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of mixing.
