Statics Analysis of Track Beam of Dustproof Shed based on Workbench

  • In this paper, the dustproof shed is taken as the research object, and the simplified model of dustproof shed frame is established based on SolidWorks; the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out the statics analysis on the track beam of the dustproof shed. The error between the theoretical calculation result and the finite element analysis result is not big, which shows that the analysis of the track beam by ANSYS Workbench is effective; the research results can provide theoretical basis for the overall design and manufacture of dust-proof shed. The research results show that the CAE analysis technology is helpful to improve the design level of dust-proof shed and shorten the design period, reduce the cost of product development, and etc.
