Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Naval Storage Battery Shock Test based on DDAM Method

  • Shock test and design is used to verify the quality of naval equipment according to the GJB1060.1-91 General Requirement for Environmental Conditions of Naval Ships Mechanical Environments. It is too big and heavy to impact the real naval equipment. The structural strength of storage battery under shock test is simulated and calculated by using the dynamic design analysis method(DDAM) based on ANSYS. The structural stress of storage battery is calculated by using DDAM, and the weakness of storage battery structural also can be located. It provides a reference for the optimization and improvement of structure and the impact resistance of naval equipment.
