Coating Material Control of Solvent-Free Coated and Compound Machine and Strategies on Synchronous Control

  • In order to develop a platform for solvent-free coating composite machines, its core technology, coating material control, is analyzed and researched. Based on the five roller's coating device, the essence and control method of coating quantity control is proposed in this paper, and research and simulation on the synchronous control strategy of multi-motors are conducted. In addition, taking the synchronous control method of two motors as an example, various synchronous control methods are simulated and modeled by using the MATLAB/Simulink tools, and their simulation curves are then analyzed. The results indicate that the scheme has excellent startup performance, high dynamic performance, and anti-interference performance, which can achieve precise control of coating amount requirements.
