Analysis on Fatigue Strength of Pile Pipe in the Vibration Pipe Gravel Pile Machine System

  • Fatigue cracks may occur in the pile pipe of the vibration pipe gravel pile machine during construction, which has a significant impact on the construction. Based on the vibration dynamics, the natural frequency and fatigue strength of pile pipes are calculated in this article, and measures to improve the fatigue strength of pile pipes are analyzed. It provides reference for the design and selection of vibration hammers and pile pipes in vibration sinking gravel pile machines so as to avoid the resonance hazards.
