Exploration of Additive Manufacturing Hollow Air Cold Plate Process

  • In order to verify the feasibility of additive manufacturing technology for complex hollow air cold plate, the hollow air cold plate model additive manufacturing process, printing process of additive manufacturing, powder selection are analyzed and compared; and the mature AlSi10Mg aluminum alloy printing parameters are selected to complete the forming of hollow air cold plate. The mechanical properties and surface treatment protection properties of the samples printed with the furnace are tested and verified. The performance of the additive hollow air cold plate meets the requirements of product design and use.
