Design and Simulation Analysis of the Cycloidal Pump for Natural Gas

  • The traditional design method for the cycloidal pump only focuses on the inner and outer rotor design, and ignores the importance of bearing heat transfer design and rotating shaft strength design. In this paper, aiming at the cooling of the cycloid pump bearing and the strength of the rotating shaft, the bearings and rotating shafts are analyzed by using the method of heat transfer calculation and force analysis. After the thermal simulation of the whole machine and the bending moment and critical speed check verification, the design of the rotor shaft is realized; in addition, the verified design method of internal and external rotor is used so that the design of the whole Cycloidal Pump is finished. It is meaningful for the related work and research.
