Design and Application of LS-2600 Five-Cylinder Drilling Pump

  • In view of the low efficiency problem of the existing three-cylinder drilling pump in ultra-deep and complex wells, a large-horsepower single-motor five-cylinder drilling pump is developed. Through the selection of variable frequency motor, the matching gearbox, power end assembly and hydraulic end assembly are designed, and equipped with the control system, spray system, power end lubrication system and online monitoring system to realize the drilling operation. The performance, stability and reliability of the five-cylinder drilling pump have been fully verified through the prototype trial production, factory type test and the industrial test of SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield. The results show that the equipment runs well, the performance is reliable, each system is stable and reliable, and all parameters meet the design requirements. The experiment shows that the five-cylinder drilling pump has significant effects on drilling speed improvement, energy conservation and emission reduction, and downhole pressure safety control, and it has good market prospects and promotion value.
