  • The cradle type direct drive five axis linkage CNC turntable is the core functional component of the five axis machining center, with characteristics such as high dynamic response, high precision, and high speed. Mastering the key assembly technology is an important means to ensure the performance of the cradle type direct drive five axis linkage CNC turntable. The author systematically introduces the assembly process and key technologies of a direct drive cradle turntable from a practical perspective. Through exploring and researching the assembly process technology of the brake module, C-axis module, A-axis module, and precision adjustment of the direct drive cradle CNC turntable, the key points of the assembly technology of the brake module and A-axis dual motor drive control are solved, and the braking distance of the brake module is designed. It provides a theoretical basis for the core assembly process technology of CNC turntables; and it is of great reference significance for the in-depth study of the assembly technology of this type of products.
