Analysis and Treatment of Clogging Problem in Grinding oil Filter Unit

In view of the problem of filtration in grinding oil centralized filtration system that commonly used in the industry, this paper focuses on the problems of severe flow attenuation, blockage, and filter tank blockage. Through analysis, the main reasons are filter tank reverse and blowing slag discharge, and finally solve the above problems by changing filtering and slag discharge methods. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the optimization design of oil-based and water-based grinding fluid filtration systems.
