Research on the Salt Control Method of Large Offshore Wind Power Products

  • Shell products such as cast iron for offshore wind power are the key components of offshore wind turbines. This article focuses on the study of salt control methods for spraying of offshore wind turbine equipment. By analyzing the key influencing factors of salt, the key points of salt control after cleaning and sand blasting are obtained, and a series of control and improvement measures are formulated to effectively reduce the salt content on the surface of castings. Through the practice verification, a systematic operation method has been formed, which provides a certain reference basis for the related industries.
