Frequency Conversion Upgrade and Technical Application of the B2152A Four-Meter Gantry Planer

  • Based on the working principle of type B2152A 4-meter gantry planer, and aiming at the problems that the control mode of the control system existing in the equipment operation process is obsolete and the failure rate is high, the frequency conversion control method is adopted to control the operation of the equipment. At the same time, the original old and complicated electrical control, electrical components such as a large number of contacts frequent suction leading to serious ignition and ignition arc, complex circuit and high failure rate, etc. are optimized and upgraded. Through the field actual use and long-term equipment operation verification, the results show that the upgrade has extended service life of the equipment, reduced the failure rate and achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
