Application of Multiocular Visual System in Automatic Feed Equipment

  • Through the study and verification of visual system, the configuration requirements, deployment scheme and practical significance of the visual system in cell automatic feeding equipment are discussed. The inaccurate positioning problem existing in the grasping process of industrial robots is solved; and it greatly adapts to the actual situation that the battery cells are scattered and with many distribution levels in the factory packaging of the battery cell. It solves the problems such as low efficiency of equipment grasping, poor positioning accuracy and poor stability of the actual production process in the production process of the existing industry; thus the production efficiency is greatly improved.
