Selection and Application of Transport Pumps for Chemical Production

  • The pump is important equipment that provides power for the transportation of reactants in the production system, and plays a crucial role in smooth operation of the production system, equipment cost control, and full utilization of energy efficiency. In response to the problems in the selection of transportation pumps for production lines, scientific methods are used to explore the parameters related to pump body and motor, such as flow rate, head, and power. The selection and application of transportation pumps for chemical production are mainly introduced. Through selection of the transportation pump body and calculation results of the practical examples, the selection basis for transportation pumps suitable for production use is provided. It provides relevant references for accurate judgment of the selection of conveying pumps in the production lines.
