Research on Failure Rate and Reliability Test of the Stirring Transmission System

  • The stirring transmission system is the main equipment in the rare earth smelting separation production line, which determines whether the production line can achieve continuous operation. By collecting the actual operation of the stirring transmission system and the random failure data in the laboratory simulation operation process, combined with the scientific analysis of the equipment reliability research methods recognized by the academic community, the regularity of the failure of the stirring transmission system is clarified, which provides important data support for the practical application of the stirring transmission system.
