Design of High Pressure Movable Elbow Removal Device

  • High-pressure movable elbows are widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industries, and the balls inside the elbow are easily affected by fluid particles and wear. In order to ensure the normal operation of the high-pressure movable elbow, it is necessary to periodically disassemble the high-pressure movable elbow and replace its internal balls. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and waste of manpower of the traditional manual disassembly elbows, a high-pressure movable elbow disassembly device that can realize the disassembly of a different types of elbows is designed. The structure and working principle of this device are emphasized in this article; and the feasibility of the design is verified by three-dimensional model animation demonstration and theoretical analysis. The device is convenient and efficient to use, and it meets the current market demands.
