Research on the Optimal Design Method for Transfer Window

  • In this paper, aiming at the problems existing in the traditional rotating opening mode of the sealed door of the transfer window, which is not convenient to use and occupies large space when opening, a sliding opening mode of the transfer window which has the characteristics of convenient use and compact structure is designed. In order to verify the feasibility of the design method of the transfer window, three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly of the transfer window are performed in SolidWorks 3D software. According to the three-dimensional design scheme of the transfer window, the parts of the transfer window are manufactured and assembled. Through the trial production and test of the prototype, the results show that the optimized transfer window seal door adopts the sliding opening and closing mode, which effectively solves the problem of large amplitude and inconvenient operation when the traditional transfer window seal door is rotated and opened, and the reference basis is provided for the optimization design of the traditional transfer window.
