Design of an Early-Warning Device for Anti-Crane Damage to Transmission Lines

  • Aiming at the problems such as the safety distance cannot be accurately observed and the alarm is not timely in the traditional crane operation anti-breaking device, a crane anti-breaking device based on the electric field induction and wireless transmission technology is designed. The device uses the electric field induction principle to calculate the distance between the boom and the line, transmits the result to the cab through wireless communication and displays the distance at this time, and sends an alarm when it is lower than the set minimum safe distance. The system is composed of acquisition module, control module, wireless transmission module, alarm module, and display module, etc. Through the actual tests, the device alarms in time, and satisfies the needs of real-time protection against electric shock in crane operation under the transmission line.
