Design of Section Turning Device for Ship Flat Sheet

  • By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the common hull straightening process, this paper analyzes the causes of the deformation of the straightening process, studies the process that is more suitable for the straightening process, and designs a more universal turning device, which is used in the production line and applied in the operation of the cruise ship hull straightening process. Through the design and practical application of turning over, the effectiveness of the device is verified, and the problem of subsection deformation caused by the turning over operation is effectively solved. It has strong practical value for subsequent production in improving the construction quality, promoting the construction efficiency, reducing the construction cost and shortening the manufacturing cycle.
