Optimum Design and Analysis of Sub-Frame of Container Freight Car

  • The sub-frame of the container truck is the key component of the chassis main frame connecting with the container, and its structure and performance are particularly important. Firstly, a cable-stayed sub-frame is designed, the quantity and form of the connecting bolts between the main sub-frame and the strength of the sub-frame are analyzed, and the whole structure of the sub-frame is obtained. Through the optimization design and ANSYS simulation analysis, the rationality of the theoretical design is verified. Finally, through optimization design and simulation analysis, the vehicle height and the quality of the sub-frame are both reduced. It improves the pass-ability and load-bearing performances of the whole vehicle.
