Dynamic Analysis and Research on the Fixed Bracket of Hydrogen Gas Cylinder in Tractor based on Road Spectrum Collection

Taking the fixed bracket for hydrogen cylinder of a tractor as an example, the phenomenon of road durability failure was introduced. Through the collection of road load spectrum and dynamic characteristics analysis of the entire vehicle, the weak parts and improvement direction were determined. After verification tests on the improved bracket, no fatigue failure occurred again. This provides important references for subsequent product validation and improved design.
