Research on the Design of Three Machine Supporting Systems for Fully Mechanized Mining Faces in Mines

  • In response to the problems of high failure rate, low coal mining efficiency and significant safety production hazards in the three machine equipment used in a fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine in Shanxi, and in order to further promote the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the mine, a new supporting design for the three machine equipment in the working face is carried out. Through the analysis, research and equipment matching calculation, a new design scheme for the three machine equipment matching has been proposed. After application testing, the new designed three machine matching has lower failure rate, the coal mining efficiency is higher, the production safety is better, and good economic and safety benefits have been achieved. This study can provide reference for the design of three machines supporting in fully mechanized mining face under the similar working conditions.
